When I joined The Honest Company, the personal care architecture hadn’t shifted much since the brand launched. There was finally a need to align the personal care products with a beauty restage that was happening which showcases illustrative botanical elements. The focus for personal care was to show the ingredient story in the Honest baby touch and tone. This restage included over 50 products across 7 different benefit lines.
