When I joined The Honest Company, the personal care packaging architecture hadn’t evolved much since the brand’s inception. Recognizing an opportunity for modernization, I led the effort to align the personal care line with a concurrent beauty packaging refresh that featured elegant, illustrative botanical elements. For personal care, the goal was to bring the ingredient story to life through Honest’s signature baby-friendly touch and approachable tone. This comprehensive restage spanned over 50 products across seven distinct benefit lines and successfully launched in both domestic and international markets, elevating the brand’s shelf presence and reinforcing its position as a trusted, naturally inspired leader in personal and baby care.
